Shipping & Delivery

 

We deliver to all states and territories in Australia. All products are delivered using our preferred couriers. Please allow 1 - 4 working days for delivery of small items and accessories. Some larger items or popular items may take longer - subject to stock levels and availability. All stock is freight insured up to the respective value. We currently utilize the services of Australia Post to deliver most giftware and accessories. Alternate couriers are contracted for all large deliveries. We also allow for store pick up.  Delivery costs are displayed both in the shopping cart and checkout areas.

 

Terms & Conditions

 

  • Items will not be delivered until the full payment of the purchase price has been received.
  • No refunds will be accepted unless prior arrangement has been made with the Johns Expert Shoe Repairs. Refunds are at the discretion of the Johns Expert Shoe Repairs and will comply with Australian consumer laws.
  • Delivery is via Australia Post or selected courier for all giftware and accessories. Courier will be used for large and high value items. Freight insurance is included in shipping fees for all deliveries.

 

Privacy & Security

 

We respect your privacy. Any and all the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned. All information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Returns & Replacements

 

We do not refund or exchange goods if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Exchanges and refunds can only be given where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from the sample shown to you or do not do what they are supposed to do.

 

Damaged Goods on Delivery

 

It is the customers’ responsibility to check the packaging when items are delivered and not ‘sign off’ if packaging is damaged. NOTE: Acceptance of delivery voids any liability to freight company.

Availability: All products are subject to availability and prior sale. All prices appearing in our newsletters or Web site are subject to change without prior notice. Homeandgifts.com.au (Johns Shoe Repairs) is not responsible for printing errors or other errors appearing on our website or any other document. All orders are subject to acceptance by Johns Shoe Repairs. Website Prices on our website are in effect until they are removed from the page unless otherwise noted. Clearance items have limited quantities, sizes/colors may no longer be available, and these items may not be available in our retail store.

Here are just a few reasons why you should register;

Paying by Direct Deposit

 

For those not comfortable using their credit card over the internet, consider using the Direct Deposit option. Simply select the 'Direct Deposit' option when selecting a payment method for your shopping cart items.

An "order id" number is automatically generated with every purchase made online. When making the direct deposit into our bank account, please ensure to use this order id number as the description of payment. e.g. "Order id: 1234". This way we can match up payments received to our customers orders.
